He is a doctor (MBBS), biomedical engineer (BEng Hons), legal professional (LLB, LLM, PhD in Medical Law & Ethics), with Medical Manager (MBA & DBA in Health Management), chartered manager (CMgr–MCPM), with Medical Advisor in Clinical Nutrition (MPhil - Clinical Nutrition), then, academic and entrepreneur with more than 14 years of diverse experience spanning clinical medicine, health psychology, clinical and public health nutrition, biomedical engineering, legal advisory, academia, and healthcare management.

Throughout his journey, Dr. Jerish has developed a deep understanding of how the worlds of healthcare, law, and technology intersect — and how they must evolve together to meet the needs of modern society. He has served in multiple roles, including medical officer, clinical researcher, legal and medico-legal advisor, academic lecturer, healthcare manager, and biomedical consultant, working with private hospitals, research institutions, law firms, insurance companies, and universities both locally and internationally.
